3. Avoid blurry images - higher clarity photos yield better results. Keep in mind that photos will be resized, so subtle features may not translate clearly.

How long will it take for me to receive my items?

Production Time: We'll complete the stamps production within 3-5 business days and then package and ship it.

Shipping Time: If you're in the US, you can expect to receive the product in about 2-8 days. If you're in the UK, it'll take approximately 5-8 days. For other countries, expect delivery within about 5-13 days.

Will I receive a preview image before production?

How many times can the stamp be used?

The stamp can be used thousands of times. Don't worry about running out of ink.

And how do I add ink?

Typically, when you receive our pet stamp, it comes with enough ink to last you thousands of uses. But in case it runs out, you can purchase photosensitive ink online or at a supermarket. Simply drop 1-2 drops directly onto the surface of the stamp and wait for it to absorb (1-2 minutes).
