There're scratches on its surface. What should I do?

There'll be a film on its surface when you receive the phone grip. So, what you're seeing are actually scratches on the protective film. You can gently peel off the protective film with your fingernail.

If the Magnetic one I purchased is easy to falling off, what should I do?
