    Pet Portrait Drafting: We'll sketch out your pet portrait draft within 2-4 business days (rest assured, each portrait is hand-drawn by our artists, not generated by AI).
    Draft Confirmation: We'll send the draft to you via email for confirmation. Please reply promptly with any revisions needed. If we don't hear back from you within 5 business days, we'll proceed with production.
    Carpet Production: We'll complete the carpet production within 1-4 business days and then package and ship it.
    Shipping Time: If you're in the US, you can expect to receive the product in about 2-8 days. If you're in the UK, it'll take approximately 5-8 days. For other countries, expect delivery within about 5-13 days. Due to the large size of carpets, upgrading shipping services may incur high costs.
